Last July Jacopo Pasotti and I have organized our first Taste of Science – Biolunch event: 50 journalists attending ESOF 2010 in Turin were invited to taste a wonderful lunch in a beautiful restaurant together with six top Italian biologists, each presenting their research while a dish related to their research was being served.
Both the audience of journalists and the scientists appreciated the event (and the food and wine involved).
